Transition Towns are starting in over 50 towns in NZ. Groups are addressing the twin challenges of peak oil and climate change and are finding they have collective genius beyond their imagination. Food and energy resilience are often the focus but actually when oil peaks and is no longer cheap and abundant, every part of life is affected. The movement is spreading like wildfire.
