I have recently moved into an apartment complex that doesn't recycle. My goal is to start a recycling program for my community, and give myself a rewarding job while I'm at it. It all came to me after talking to an upset maintenance guy about the trash service. I feel that I'm onto a good thing here. I've worked out a basic business plan, but need a hand with the finer things of it all. I need financial and legal assistance, the rest is soon to be history if I can get a little bit of help.
