Hi- I stumbled across your project and find it very interesting. My family and I are working on a similar project here in Texas. Greening a 100+ year old building, not a hotel, but a small B&B in one section someday. How are you dealing with indoor enviroment? Lead,Asbestos,Mold, general problems of age?
