First off, I'm what would probably be considered a climate skeptic. By this I mean that I believe the climate is changing but would argue what the causes are and to what extent humans are to blame.
However, no matter if the climate is changing for natural or human caused reasons, people will have to adapt to whatever those changes produce. Therefore, I feel that an honest debate is needed in order to determine what adaption methods are the most cost-effected and beneficial.
Also, even though I would consider myself an ardent American Conservative, I am still am a strong supporter of alternative fuels, locally grown foods, and wildlife conservation.
