Hi Alex, I am intrigued by your article on Ray's work regarding evaporative cooling. I have wondered about some of the same ideas, mostly as a way to reduce rain run-off and storm drain loss. But, I also read how 70% of our water usage goes to agriculture, which is mostly lost through evaporation or given off by the plants (transpiration?). So, I'm trying to understand if evaporation back into the air is good or bad for water conservation. Any info?
