Hello everyone,
I'm on the hunt for a new bed and trying to be as clean and green as possible. Does anyone have any companies or products they would recommend?
If anyone's bought a new bed recently tips would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
Annabel

How funny that you asked this question, I just read about a company called Essentia - http://www.essentiadirect.com/ - offering 20% discount to hybrid owners. I don't know anything about them, but you might want to check them out.

Here in NZ you can get furniture, including beds, made from recycled native timber. That way you get the benefits of native timber without cutting down the forests.

What is this bed thing? The cleanest, greenest option has to be no bed at all. Sleep on the floor!

Charles is correct there is really no need for a bed. I don't own a bed and i don't intend to either, I sleep on a thin mattress.
There is one problem though in colder climates you would probably need insulated sheet otherwise it could get really uncomfortable...
