Social good & green writers wanted...not literally, but you get what we mean,

http://TheSociallyConsciousBlog.org is a website which raises awareness for causes & initiatives doing exceptional jobs using the web/social media to make a positive impact on society.

In each article, our aim is convey exactly what each organization is doing, how they're doing it, what impact they're having and how others can get involved.
We’ve covered: Kiva, It Gets Better Project, WWF, Open Planet Ideas, FreeRice, Women for Women, We Day, The Uniform Project and Ashoka – and they’ve each showed us the love by personally thanking us.

With 1000+ website visits a month, we’re looking to double that by having other writers come on board to write about similar initiatives that they are passionate about.

Categories include: Health, Education, Environment, Nature & Wildlife, Human Rights, Corporate Responsibility, Entrepreneurs, Social Media, Web Foundations, Social Good Communities.

Sounds interesting, what exactly are we looking for?

Easiest answer would be writers/contributors – People who are obsessed about any of the above categories and would like to write a post once every other week (bi-weekly).

So…if this seems like something worth sinking your teeth into, get in touch with us and we’ll shoot over more details.

Ps - You can reside anywhere in the World and still post ;)

Cheers,
Shawn Sieiro (TSCB Editor-in-Chief)
