They are building coal at an alarming rate. They are now the second largest economy in the world and will only continue to grow. The Chinese government had said that it also deserves to have the same growth that we had during the industrial revolution, which was done on the back of fossil fuels.
Will China agree that fossil fuels need to be limited?
