Hurricane Earl is the tropical storm being watched closely ever since it began within the Caribbean Islands to get bit. Earl has developed from a category three storm to a Category four storm. The U.S. continues to be carefully watching Hurricane Earl to see if it will come our way. It is likely the East Coast can be hit by labor day. This is because the hurricane is now heading in that direction. North of Virginia needs to look out. That is where the storm is headed. It is supposed to hit Cape Cod and Long Island.
