Remember Dean Karmen? The Segway guy?
Dean has come up with water distiller that can produce purified, drinkable water from almost any liquid source. This includes seawater, poisons, sludge, and urine!
Dean has been working on the water purifier for over five years, but it is now nearing production.

A significant water distilling device would be a good invention. However, it is hard to take anything he says serious until he has real proof.
