The Feed In Tariff policy/business model, used in Germany to thrust its wind/solar industries, induces utilities to accept solar/wind netmetering schemes because the utilities make as much profit as the homeowner. I understand that the SOLAR REC policy/business model that many US states have adopted and that liberals in Congress promote, does not allow the institutionalized utilities to thrive. Consequently, they mobilize to stop wind/solar development. What do you know?
