I'm curious how other people feel about Bush's recent mention of lifting bans on offshore drilling? McCain's goal of building 45 new nuclear reactors by 2030? (see links below)
With high fuel costs, the time seems right to talk about renewables. What will finally cause the political right to begin conversation about green energy?
prefer Wind and Solar energy because I think they are an economical power resource and does not produce air or water pollution. So for me it it great.
Though the use of this sources are limited by the fact that they are not always available. Cloudy days reduce solar power and calm days reduce wind power but above all, Wind and Solar energy are very remarkable.

I believe new Nuclear plants wont be of any use since Clean Energy is almost everybody goal and need to reduce Climate Change, pollution and nuclear riscks..."ECPA: Energy and Climate Partnership of Americas" is more the work that is needed to make things better for everyone.

It doesnt really matter who runs the government. Oil will still be the most widely used energy source for a good amount of time. I believe there are a lot of reserves we even do not know about yet.
