Norfolk Southern’s Roanoke office building earns ENERGY STAR certification,

Commercial buildings that earn EPA's ENERGY STAR certification use an average of 35 percent less energy than typical buildings and release 35 percent less carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. This is for the better planet, and such a great help for each one of us. So why should other companies consider this?
