The Celsias Foundation is a soon-to-be created not-for-profit entity separate and distinct from the Celsias website.

Once established, the Celsias Foundation will seek philanthropic capital and use the proceeds to fund worthy climate projects on Celsias.  An independent board of governors will set the Celsias Foundation's goals and policies, review funding requests, and select successful projects to receive grants.
