Since November this year the large-scale sculpture “Tiger and Turtle - Magic Mountain” by Heike Mutter and Ulrich Genth is accessible for the public.
So it looks like a roller coaster, but you walk on it. Lovely !
Its in the south of Duisburg and at the highest point of the sculpture the visitor gets a great view of the Western Ruhr.
Tiger and Turtle refers to both speed and deadlock. But pictures tell it so much better.
