If Facebook is friendship-lite then Twitter is the random ass slap at a bar. My cynical side has been known to call Twitter non-committal, voyeuristic, and highly narcissistic. But like everything else in life this coin has another side that does not involve celeb tweets, self promotion, or “Boys, I’m single again look at my sexy pics- XOXOX.”
Indeed, not only can you find a wide range of social organizations, non-profits, and like minded green thumbs to help ease that earth avenger loneliness, but you can also pick up new earth saving tips and interesting earth factoids to bore your friend with at your next “24” viewing party.
So whether you’re a twitter pro or more like me, holding on for dear life, here are some people and groups to follow that only have the earths best interest at heart.

Hopefully you have found some people to follow if you decide to jump in the twitter pool or have found some people to add if you already are a regular tweeter (that sounds like a drug addiction).
Go ahead, jump in - Tweet! Don’t worry – it’s not as sketchy as the Playboy grotto – at least no one has caught anything from it yet. You might even try to follow me @raeganpayne or @TheGoodMuse – my only warning is that my tweets are boring and most often used for self-promotion.....
