Parts 3 and 4 from our friends at VBS.tv, profiling the most polluted city on the planet - Linfen, China. 20 years ago, this area was the fruit and flower basket of China, now it's the highly polluting coal center for China. It's a true tragedy. The producers ask about part 4, "how insane is it running your own black-market coal mine? In China?" The word that comes to mind is not insane, but desperate.
