Interview with Norman Phillip - The Carbon Connection

The documentary “The Carbon Connection” features the people of two towns, one in Brazil and one in Scotland, that are intimately linked by a carbon trading project of BP Scotland. This interview features a conversation with one of those people, Norman Phillip of Grangemouth, Scotland talking about some of the real outcomes of carbon trading.
