Trees for Zambia
The launch event for Trees For Zambia has come to an end with the most epic planting site we have ever experienced:
Last Friday on the final day of our project we were priviledged enough to plant at the World Heritage Site of the Victoria Falls in Zambia with support of the National Heritage Conservation Commission.
We planted 150 indigenous trees that are going to be happily sprayed by the mighty Mosi-oy-Tunya, or "The Smoke That Thunders"
One last massive thank you to all supporters, sponsors, tree donors, friends, volunteers and helpers in the background who have made this project possible. This was a kick-start to an on-going project to make Livingstone a greener place by attracting attention to the incredibly committed eco-heroes there are in Zambia!
