Train commuters in the city of Overvecht in the Netherlands have been offered the choice of the taking the stairs, or using a slide to access the station platform.  Wild Ink reports the workmen finishing construction on the project have already seen two people using the ‘transfer chute’ kid-inspired stair alternative. A great example of gamification taking place in the real world, not just online.
