YES - I simply walk from my bedroom down the hall and I'm there! My husband has a longer commute - about 100 yards to his shop. Life is so much simpler. We do maintain a vehicle as we are about 5 miles from the nearest small town, but we only put about 20 miles or so on it per week. At that rate - it's liable to outlive us!

Working from home since September 2007. Walking to work consists of walking downstairs (and sometimes outside, when weather permits).
