Low-Energy Lifestyles: Lessons from Cuba

The clip summarises observations on how Cuba handled its own 'Peak Oil' crisis. When the Soviet bloc dismantled suddenly in 1989, Cuba had a sudden and dramatic immersion into a world without oil. What did they do? Watch the clip and find out!
